NOTE !!!!!!! YOU MUST LOG ON WITH ADMINISTRATOR PRIVELIDGES !!!!!!!!!!

This directory contains 3 files you may need, depending on your requirements.

1. Dx90Update_redist.exe - This is the DirectX stuff from Microsoft.  
	This is required to be installed on your PC if you are going to use
	the 3D Map from Lumistar.
	It is also required if you are going to render MPEG video from LDPS_8x.

2. Elecard MPEG Player 4.0.1.exe - This is a media player from Elecard.  
	The player itself is not required, but one of the CODECs for it is.
	You must install this player on your PC, along with DirectX 9.0, if 
	you intend to view MPEG video through LDPS_8x.

	NOTE.. This is a trialware version.  The trialware version places an asterisk
		on the upper right corner of the video (not bad, but it is there).
		In order to remove their asterisk, you must register your player with them
		for a nominal fee ($20.00).  [Just start the player and hit the Register button].

3. K-Lite_Codec_Pack_604_Full.exe - These codecs are needed for the mpeg2 dll, if your video uses it


4. Vlc-0.9.6-Win32.exe - This is a shareware (actually freeware) Media Player for Windows that allows 
        streaming video data to be rendered from a user defined UDP port and IP address.
	It will handle more video types than LDPS itself will and so for the types LDPS itself doesn't render,
        this media player will work.
	You don't have to use this particular media player for those type streams if you have another media
	player you like that does the same thing.
	NOTE - Newer versions (2.0) or greater do not work with LDPS...they changed the command strings.
